Shipping & Returns
Currently, we ship within Australia only.
We ship all our items other than furniture, within Australia using Sendle and Australia Post.
Where possible, we ship in recycled packaging or fully compostable packaging.
Cushions are shipped as covers only, however pick up/delivery can be arranged with inserts in Sydney.
Tindi La La childrenswear or cushion cover purchases over $200:
Shipping within Australia is free!
All other Tindi La La childrenswear or cushion cover purchases — $8 flat rate within metropolitan Australia. We will arrange a quote for shipping.
Other items – Delivery of furniture, homewares and lighting within Sydney can be arranged easily at competitive rates. Delivery of lighting and homewares outside of Sydney can be arranged.
We want to make shopping with us easy, and so we will exchange should you make a selection that you are not happy with. Should you need to exchange your items, please:
1) Get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 week of purchase.
2) Return the item with a tracking number.
3) Once we have checked that the item is in good condition, we will organise to exchange to your preference according to our stock availability.
4) Please note that all postage will be at your expense and that we do not refund for items unless required by Australian law.
